Join Swarandeep for an afternoon of Pure Bliss. Restorative poses accompanied by meditative practice and aroma therapy make this the perfect way to usher in the busy week of Holiday Events. This Class is for EVERYONE who desires some Holiday Stillness.
Participants recieve a Guest Pass to bring a person to class with them during the month of January.

In Usui Reiki II, students learn three Reiki symbols. The key feature of Reiki II class is learning and practicing how to send distant Reiki (sending Reiki to people, situations & locations not in our physical presence). All students receive the Reiki II attunement, a manual (if they don’t already have one) and a Certificate of Completion

Pre-requisite: Reiki I. Cost: $155 paid to Shine.

Besides passively stretching the fascia, tissues & joints in our bodies, yin yoga provides us with an opportunity to go within, to soften, to surrender, and to allow what is present to come to the surface for releasing. Join us this Spring afternoon for a quiet yoga practice to ground, calm & center you.
Kathy offers Reiki to participants during the class.

Join us from your home or anywhere. Make sure you log on a bit early if it's your first class so we can troubleshoot any technical issues. After you register for class we'll send you a link in a confirmation email- sometimes they go to SPAM/JUNK so check there.
