Besides passively stretching the fascia, tissues & joints in our bodies, yin yoga provides us with an opportunity to go within, to soften, to surrender, and to allow what is present to come to the surface for releasing. Join us for a quiet yoga practice to ground, calm & center you.

Within each of us is a dimension of awareness which holds insight, wisdom and inner knowing. As we awaken this transcendent realm, a clarity of inner vision and discernment arises. This facet of our human presence offers a deeper way of seeing and navigating our daily experiences creating peace, harmony and balance.
Join us for an afternoon of deep practice as we connect with this aspect of ourselves beyond the busyness of the mind. Through Kundalini yoga, mantra and stillness meditation, gong meditation, flute and harmonium meditations, and inspired sharing we will begin to access this inner space of navigation.

Join us from your home or anywhere. Make sure you log on a bit early if it's your first class so we can troubleshoot any technical issues. After you register for class we'll send you a link in a confirmation email- sometimes they go to SPAM/JUNK so check there.
Make sure you have a Yoga Mat, 2 Blocks, and a Belt.
